Refund policy

Here at Fabulosity Factor Boutique, we take major steps to ensure that you are happy with your purchase, this includes providing information surrounding sizing and making suggestions on when to size up or down, however we do understand that not everything is for everyone and sometimes things just don't work out.

To this end, if you are unhappy with a purchase and need to return it, please contact us at support@fabulosityfactor.com to get an RMA for your return and a return label.  Merchandise can be returned, unworn, in good condition within 7 days of confirmation of receipt via tracking number.  If items are returned with obvious signs of wear, or damaged, return will not be accepted.  Returns will receive a Store Credit Only.   

The following items are not eligible for return and are considered FINAL SALE:

1. Items purchased during a sale or promo involving giveaways
2. Items purchased with a Store Credit
3. Clearance Items
4. White Items
5. Jewelry
6. Accessories (Hats/Earrings)
7. Bodysuits and intimate apparel
8. Jackie's Closet Sale Items
